Sat, my Service Advisor is AMAZING! She is the absolute best because she is the perfect combination of knowledge, kindness, and problem solving. Everything you want in the person helping guide you through the care of your vehicle and she is this and so much more! She is the real deal! She has been the reason we have continued to come back to Beaver every time!
Quick and easy. Was 5000 mile checkup. Since the deal does not include oil and filter change, i went down the street to Glover's garage (no relation) and had the oil changed. The kicker was I got a coupon the next day from Toyota for an $18.75 synthetic oil and filter change! Oh well.
Staci’s from Customer Service was amazing.. I told her I looked forward to two things…Seeing Misty ( who is now retired) and having a Beaver Bowl. She gave me a complimentary bowl!
