I have been to numerous Chiropractors over the past 40 years since my first back surgery at age 25. I have been in less pain over the last year since I started with Arise. I can even play golf which I have not been able to because of the pain. I have gone from living with a pain level of 6 to 8 to a small pain level of 1 to 2. Even after playing golf 3 to 4 times a week. This would not be possible without the help I have received from Arise.
Going to Arise has become a weekly staple. As someone who has suffered from chronic neck pain for years, they have been a game changer. The pre & post exercises combined with the Drs expertise can’t be beat.
