Very responsible, they communicated with us and explained everything with details. They were on time, and they are very dependable. This is the second time we use Alan’s flooring and will most definitely do it again.
We had a shaw hardwood floor installed replacing carpet over slab. The install was great, however something was dried all around the edges of the room that wouldn't wipe up with water. Alan came out within a day and cleaned it all off and left us a bottle of the floor cleaner. He responded promptly and solved the issue.
We want to thank Alans Flooring for the professional and friendly service provided by the company. Richie took his time to educate us on various carpets helping us to decide on the right one for us. They are a family run business with a long history in the carpet and flooring. We recommend Alans Flooring.
