My husband and I just recently moved here to Athens Georgia. We were not sure on where to go with our cats for the vets and we were recommended by a coworker to go to Oglethorpe Animal Clinic. My husband and I took one of our cats to the vets to have them checked out due to the cats running nose and her allergies were acting up. When we got there and you walk into the waiting room to check in there was a board that was set up with the cats and the dogs appointment names. What a special place. The doctors and vet techs always give extra time and attention to make sure you're informed and your animals are taken care of. Hands down our favorite vet experience and highly recommend!
I started seeing this vet’s office when I had five cats. I took each of them in over the course of a year, some when they had an issue, and some just for a well check and vaccines. I had a fantastic experience every single time. I’ve seen all of the available vets and several of the techs and every single person has been helpful, positive, and attentive. Since then, we’ve adopted a stray kitten who came with a URI that ran through a few of the other cats and I’ve had to make several appointments over the past two months for illnesses and a spay.
