Easy to get in and out off, very clean in the waiting area and exam room. Answered all of my questions and were attentive to my fur baby. Appeared short staffed and a little frazzled as a result.
My cat of 14 years was slowly not eating well and barely drinking. And then went downhill fast. I am so grateful to Dr Smith and his staff for the love and compassion they gave to my cat and also to me!Dr Smith’s expertise was evident as he did some needed tests. They immediately put him on fluids and he stayed a couple of days, with me getting updates. After results came back from a blood test, Dr Smith said an x-ray was needed.He took me to see the x-ray, explaining what a healthy cat looks like, then showed me my cat’s x-ray. Dr. Holder more concerned if your pet is up to date on their v that treating them. Gave my fur baby a V without my knowledge or consent. I did not realize until I got the bill in the mail.That V served absolutely no purpose other than to add to my final bill. No lives were saved, Safe and effective? My fur baby died the next morning.She was there 2 months prior, and it was decided at that time it would be too stressful for her.
