I love the decor in the lobby and atmosphere is pleasant. The service is not a long wait at all. I notice each furbuddy is given special attention. When they called Aspen’s name, he looks up immediately. I love it. 🌸💕🐾
The service was excellent. I was worried that my recently adopted, kitty would panic and run. But staff was very gentle. They comforted her through an uneventful, pleasant exam. ❤️
Just called to see if anyone has knowledge of our missing dog, fearing she was injured, or worse. The receptionist was incredibly kind and took pertinent information for their office to be on the lookout. A seemingly small courtesy for people working in the service industry, but meaningful nonetheless. Whoever is managing this office, you should be proud of your employee's professionalism and character. Compassion makes all the difference.
