I went to this office about a month ago and was helped by a young man named Omar. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me get a new pair of glasses in no time. I was in and out with no stress whatsoever. If you’re looking for a great and affordable doctors office, this is the place for you!
Walmart Covington’s Optometrist, Omar is one cool cat! I was passing by and remembered that I had a couple of Ray Bans that were damaged. So I thought I would stop and ask if they could be repaired. Omar took a look at them and said, “give me a few minutes and I’ll have them ready for you”. Within minutes I had my Ray Bans back, I asked how much I owed and Omar replied that it is a free service. I would’ve been more than happy to pay for them. I highly recommend Walmarts vision center, and ask for Omar!
Help my glasses are broken! Thanks to Mrs Cindy who repaired my glasses. She was amazing friendly, polite and helpful. I had never been there before for glasses or an exam. Mrs Cindy repaired them at NO CHARGE! I had a great experience and I will go there for my eye exam and glasses in a few weeks.
