Today, 1/23/26, I called in to see if I could get a last minute appointment for a fireplace inspection. I already knew the answer before I called but thought I would try anyway. Jessica (The Home Solutions Guy) answered the phone and she was the kindest representative I have spoken to in a longgggg time. There were no appointments available until next week but she went above and beyond to help my family.
