My family has been living in this neighborhood since 2008 and it has been great until a couple of years ago as all the amenities has gone down. They are raising HOA fees but for what there are no amenities. No basketball court, no volleyball, no soccer, playground is broken and the pool is looking like a dirty lake. Truly the past year has changed a lot. Please do your homework before you buy into this neighborhood and make sure you are getting what the website is promising you.

This residential development has been going up over the last 6 months or so and is in a beautiful neighborhood. I'm not sure what all amenities are included with the new builds, but I'm sure if you ask the on duty real estate agent, you can be filled in about all the great things this new neighborhood has to offer. If you are looking for a nice home in Covington, you should check this place out. The area and homes are desirable and are getting sold before they are even finished.
