First I called a big company, they couldn't see me for a MONTH! I called D&W who came out within 12 hours. They fixed thermostat and checked out the unit. Now the AC is working and already cooling down the house. They are also more affordable than the big company. These are my new guys!

Our upstairs air stopped working yesterday. My husband called D&W around 7:45am to see if someone could come out and take a look at it. He spoke to Ellie, who checked and said there was a service call for today in our area (Madison) so she'll have Justin come by. He came at roughly 11am. Determined it was the compressor. Replaced it and air was back working immediately. Thank y'all so much for 1)answering the phone, 2)being so accommodating 3)fixing the problem so quickly and 4)reasonably priced. In today's lackadaisy service industry, it's so nice to find companies who still have integrity and offer great service. Highly recommend!

A/C went out on Monday and it was fixed on Thursday, which was a great timeline due to no fault of D & W. Everyone was professional, polite, and did their best to get our air back online quickly!! Highly recommend.
