Its a whole smokescreen of deception, fraud and outright trickery. They even tried to bribe me to take down my truthful reviews on google and yelp. I gave them 10 days to send the legal refund to MetLife, NO Response to date. I have now filed a fraud complaint with MetLife and I will proceed with Small Claims Court. I continue to copy the Dental Board on all of my activities and they are adding it to her files. To be clear things are fine until you have a problem. Then they will NEVER take accountability. Ever. They have every excuse on tap.

They took great care of me today! The dentist and Kierra the hygienist was very thorough and they took their time with me. The treatment plan was explained so that I received my maximum insurance coverage. Even the numbing injections were pain free. The staff was very professional and pleasant!

I have nothing but positive things to say about my first visit! The office is conveniently located and easy to find. I was very impressed with the office environment and all of the staff! From Dr. Reddy to the front desk, everyone was professional, friendly, and provided excellent service. My cleaning with Terrance was the best that I have ever experienced! I highly recommend this office for any dental needs.
