The weekend of September 27 & 28, our A/C unit stopped blowing cool air, and from a recommendation from someone at our church, we called Dockery's. The technician, Hal, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, repaired it quickly; his work was exemplary and provided a blessing to our family beyond the restoration of cool air. Thank you!
Our hot water heater went out on a Sunday. I called Dockery's Monday morning and they got back to me quickly and had someone out there same day. They diagnosed my problem and submitted a warranty claim for me and ordered the part we needed. As soon as the replacement part came in, they were back out and had me up in less than in an hour. Mike was great to work with. I could not have asked for better service. Outstanding!
