I suffer from asthma COPD and rheumatoid arthritis I went there to help with my mobility and got so much more my breathing test have improved by 5% in just one month my mobility is improving author Jackson is a great teacher I've seen them with some of his kids that he had camp with the summer the kids are benefiting so much from him as well as I am benefiting so much for men

The best martial arts experience I have had in my life. Master Jackson is focused. There are not many opportunities out there to be trained by a true Master whose roots go back to the origin of true TKD in the USA.
