The service is way too rushed I paid $45 pedi and they forget my massage and the hot towels and they do not do design which they said they are going to start soon but the place is fancy and clean

I literally made this account, just to leave a review. I have had absolutely amazing service at this location. After reading the reviews I'd like to assume that this location is under new management because one, they're not closed and two, the beautiful atmosphere that they welcome when you come to get your nails done.. I feel like that should be noted. First off, Destiny is AMAZING. She is so kind, that's what brought me back to this salon time after time. I can be quite a handful when it comes to perfecting my nails and she never complains. She fixes them and won't even let me tip her. 2 times going to this Nail Salon. The first time I walked in they got me right into a chair ASAP. Pedicure was all I wanted to do, of course. They had team work getting the job done in a timely fashion. This is during the week in the evening (best time). You can get more attention from your technician and massage as well. Timeline: - Came in (least than 2 minutes into chair) - Things already cleaned prior to being seated. - Technician gave the $35 plan (massage, pedicure, etc) - Staff would talk with you. From looking at all the rest of the reviews... I haven't dealt with those issues. Maybe using a good time to go and find the right person to do the job.
