I personally want to just express how helpful Andrew was. I was nervous about the entire process and any questions or concerns i had he went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable and understood the process. The manager was also helpful and made sure things was handled appropriately when everyone was in my home. It was overwhelming but they did a great job at trying to get out of my way as smoothly and quickly as possible while being thorough. Thank you Andrew and to the manager. It was also another guy who came to do some work solo and remove the equipment but i don’t remember his name. Thank you as well. 💙💙
We had no idea where the moisture was coming from, but Victor was determined to find it. He checked every area carefully and explained what he was doing along the way. It was obvious he wasn’t just guessing. Great experience.
We are so grateful that Tyler Rickman was assigned to work with us on our kitchen. He did an excellent job keeping us informed and communicating with us every step of the way. This was a difficult project, mostly because of our insurance adjuster. Tyler handled every interaction with care, even when frustration got the better of others. We are grateful to him and would definitely recommend him to anyone!
