Eric showed up on time. He was informed about the issue. He communicated the problem clearly to me. And he went about solving for it efficiently and effectively. After finishing his work, he tested the system to be certain that everything was fine.And then reassured me that if I had problems in the future, I could give you a call. The encounter was the definition of five out of five stars service.

Miguel brought it on a Sunday night, and helped me figure out my HVAC issue which wasn’t an HVAC issue at all but an electrical issue! Very happy with this company and I highly recommend them! Of course, ask for Miguel!

I've been using Reliance for HVAC services for two years, and my experience has been exceptional. Previously, I relied on TE Certified, but when my AC unit broke, they couldn't send someone promptly to troubleshoot. Instead of trying to replace the unit prematurely, Reliance responded quickly—sending a technician right away to diagnose the problem. They identified that the compressor had failed, and then took care of installing a new unit while managing the warranty with the manufacturer.
