Do not take your car here! My insurance company was scammed out of 10k for a botched repair. Dewayne stated that he knew how to repair my 2013 MB and put the wrong parts on my car. He put a c-class hood grill on my c250. A wire coiled around a bolt is holding my bumper. My hood doesn’t completely close. There are gaps in the front frame. In addition, the paint is running. He stated that he would correct the issue and started ignoring and avoiding my calls. He is a shady mechanic!Service: Body & Trim

Service was slow and I didn't get my problem fixed with my car. Told Dwayne I wanted to bring it back in and it seems he is dogging my calls. Sent him a text to call me back 2 days ago and still haven't heard anything. I won't be using his service anymore. Plus he up-charged me and wouldn't tell me what exactly he was fixing and what exact parts he ordered to replace in my car. It took much longer than estimated and I literally had to sleep in his office while he worked because it was taking much longer than he told me it would.
