Absolutely love this place. It’s a safe haven for our fur baby Charlie she’s happy here. Jacqui is so super awesome and accommodating. The entire staff rocks. Thank you guys continue to be the best!!!

I love Pampered Puppy and having Jacqui as our groomer. My Bernedoodle always looks amazing after her session. During our last groom, Jacqui took the time to go over brushing techniques and bathing products. I was having a hard time dealing with my girl's mats in between grooming and needed to try something different. She not only educated me on the science behind my dogs fur but also took the time to show me the proper brushes to use. Last Christmas she made an adorable Christmas card with my dogs paw print on it! I will be displaying it every year :)

You guys did such a good job on my dog Oscar. He came home smiling and acting like a model. I’ve taken him to a few groomers and none of them did what you all did. I am very happy and will recommend you to all of my friends.
