Chris Did An Amazing Job, Very Detailed And Took His Time!!!

I had gotten my nails done (acrylic) and it felt very rushed and I felt very uncomfortable I had at first, a young man do my nails he was opening the drawers aggressively in my opinion and in the middle of putting on the nail he slammed the glue and I’m assuming his manager came saying his eyes hurt but I don’t understand why the young man couldnt have told me I felt uncomfortable and had someone else do my nails which didn’t come out bad that’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars.
They were also pretty short, almond shaped, and French tipped but they costed me 60 which I thought was a lot but I don’t know.

I hate to leave bad reviews but this experience honestly deserves one. I came to try this new salon for a gel pedicure. During the service I asked how much French tip would cost and she told me it was not extra. I even asked again to make sure and she repeated that there was no extra charge so I said okay and asked for French tip.

At the end of my service I went to pay and suddenly there was an $8 charge for the French tip. I politely said “I thought you said it wasn’t extra?” She then started laughing and told me she meant the shaping wasn’t extra. No I specifically asked about the French tip twice. Instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding she continued laughing in my face.

It’s not even about the $8. It’s about professionalism honesty and customer service. If there’s an extra charge just say that upfront. Don’t mislead customers and then laugh when they question it. Very rude and unprofessional experience. I will not be returning.

Don’t waste your time or money and they don’t clean tools and over priced the lady who did my French tips did a horrible job

This was my first time coming here and I really enjoyed the service, she gave me exactly what I wanted without having to say too much I felt very taken care of I’ll definitely be coming here again!!! thinking about my next set! Cristina was very pleasant and I really enjoyed talking to her!!

I started going to this place last year, I’ve had a few services done and for the most part I was satisfied, there was a time that I went only for a pedicure, I wanted the deluxe pedicure which was only $39, the lady who did my pedicure she asked me if I wanted gel, I told her no, regular polish, she started my pedicure, during the process she asked me 2 more times I was sure I didn’t want gel polish, I told her no, by the time she finished my pedicure, when I went to pay, she charged me for a deluxe with gel polish, my total was over $50, I was upset and I asked her why was I charged for gel polish when I made it clear multiple times that I didn’t want gel, she said she didn’t understand and apologized, I ended up paying and I left, after that I only came there for eyebrow or lip waxes and that’s it, today I shopping over in the area and I decided to go to them again for a pedicure, it was a different woman, I got the same thing the deluxe pedicure, and I stated that I wanted French tip, she never asked if I wanted gel polish or regular, so once my pedicure was completed I was very happy with my service, when I went to go pay I was charged $61 instead of $39 for the pedicure and I think it was either 7 or $8 for French tip, but I had seen once again I was charged for gel polish again, I was really upset, I don’t know if that’s what they do but it’s upsetting to be charged for services you didn’t ask for or declined, so I won’t be returning there again.

Good salon overall. They offer builder gel which is sometimes hard to find in the area. Quality finely depends on the nail tech.
