Some members appreciate the cleanliness and attention to detail from staff, especially from employees like Madison who consistently keep the facility tidy. However, there are occasional issues such as a lack of disinfecting wipes at stations, which can be disappointing for those concerned about hygiene. Overall, LA Fitness remains a great choice for a gym and offers many features that support members' fitness goals.
The Only and I mean only reason I’m giving this 5 start review is 1 because LA in the day care is an amazing human and deserves recognition. As well as this new hire named Madison. She is literally the only employee I have ever seen actually clean this place and do it in such detail that she does. Shout out to you Madison good job and thank you!
I went to this gym for the first time yesterday. I like it but it doesn't have a track or a rowing machine. People and staff are nice, and not judgemental. Overall, it's a good gym.
It is very disappointing when you arrive and there are NO disinfecting wipes!! There were 5 stations with wipes and 2 were taken away. Of the 3 remaining, often 2 are empty!!!! This shows a lack of concern for your customers health.......
