They were able to help me move out of my home by eliminating the unnecessary things I've been hoarding for over 20 years. A gentleman by the names of James was also able to help get me a good price on a dumpster. They really helped make this very overwhelming process a whole lot easier. Very prompt and very responsive. “I called on Friday for a last minute Saturday appointment. Mr. Fraser was hard pressed to tell me no. Instead he said because it was raining he couldn't make any promises. He said to call around and if I didn't find anyone to call him back. I found someone but the quote seemed too high. I called Mr. Fraser again, explained the situation, and he said that if I could be flexible for Saturday, he would make me the last appointment of the day, and he did. Communication was professional. He called to say when he would be on his way to my house. He first assessed the carpet; was upfront about some dye stains that might not come out but said he would do his best. The end result was excellent. I needed the area rug cleaned, but was hesitant to ask because of my last minute service. I decided to ask if he cleans rugs, so I could make an appointment for another day. He was honest and explained that it depends on the material. He asked to see the rug and, without my asking, said he could clean it, and he did. All was done for far less than the quote that I received from the other company. I was so grateful. When I thanked him he said his goal was to "save me some money and get my carpet cleaned." He did more than that, he created a loyal customer.
