I called on Friday for a last minute Saturday appointment. Mr. Fraser was hard pressed to tell me no. Instead he said because it was raining he couldn't make any promises. He said to call around and if I didn't find anyone to call him back. I found someone but the quote seemed too high. I called Mr. Fraser again, explained the situation, and he said that if I could be flexible for Saturday, he would make me the last appointment of the day, and he did. Communication was professional. He called to say when he would be on his way to my house. He first assessed the carpet; was upfront about some dye stains that might not come out but said he would do his best....read full review

I read the reviews prior to booking the service and let me tell you, the reviews did not lie!!! 5-star service. Dwight was professional, courteous, prompt and communicative.
