Lance is Top Notch! He was very thorough and professional. He revived the carpet in my rental, which I didn't think was possible. He was very knowledgeable of flooring overall. He was very helpful in sourcing, color matching and delivering replacement LVP for my home. He deserves 10 STARS!!
The customer service provided is outstanding, and the results are awe-inspiring. He notified me when he was on the way. Once he arrived we went over the carpets that needed cleaning, he gave me his professional options, and got to work. He was quick and efficient. My carpets have never looked better. I have older carpets, with food and slime stains from kids, and he got all of it out.
