Words are no measure for how much we appreciate AP plumbing for coming to the rescue and saving the day for my seller to get to the closing table. The final walk-through for the buyer revealed that the PRV needed to be replaced to satisfy the buyer and make this deal happen. Andre with AP plumbing answered the emergency call, adjusted his schedule And promptly came out and resolved the matter within hours of us needing to be at the closing table! Talk about Service worth bragging about! If you guys are in need of anything plumbing, don’t hesitate to give them a call! They save the day for us! You could be next!
I came home and my water spigot handle would not shut the water off. I called for help and Mr. Andre walked me through my home to where I needed to be in order to shut my water off. Successful troubleshooting over the phone! And we scheduled time for him to come fix the rest of the problem this week! Very kind and helpful indeed! I am pleased and grateful! Thank you!
I called AP Affordable Plumbing in hopes of getting a fair price and good service. After receiving some quotes to fix a cast iron drain under my house in a crawl space that to me seemed very high. A fair price and good service is a understatement. I spoke with Andre on the phone and we set an appointment for the next morning so that he could look at the job. Andre was on time and texted me when he was in route. His quote was more than fair (better than the other quoted estimates) we agreed so he started right away.
