I had to have my annual service repeated because the first technician did not check all the bate stations. When I made my request for the reinspection, the Conyers scheduler gladly accommodated my request to have a different technician come out and reinspect my property. The new technician, Austin, was professional and knowledgeable. He spoke to me prior to starting the job telling me what steps he was going to take during the inspection. After he finished, he again reached out and told me what he had found and the corrective action he had taken. If I see a bug in my house it’s always dead on its back so I’m assuming they are doing a good job ?? Prices are okay . I remember back in they day the receipt they give you would tell you exactly how much spray they used at your house I wish they would bring that back so I know everything was sprayed . But I think next time he comes I’m just going to follow him around and move furniture for him to spray around so I can see for my own eyes … The guy that comes to my house doesn’t talk really at all which I do find off putting. Maybe it’s because I’m in sales and I could talk to a stranger all day lol . No complaints though ! He does his job good
