The worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. I asked a staff member for some assistance, seemingly looked like I was inconveniencing him by his frustrated look, and he told me that he would take care of the matter. To no avail 30 minutes had gone by and yet no assistance. I returned to the staff member to ask if he’d forgotten about me and he replied “I’M WORKING ON SOMETHING ASK SOMEBODY ELSE”. I then went to a different staff member and helped with what I needed in which took all of 5 minutes.
Had an issue. Sean the Facility Manager investigated a remedied as quick as possible. Had to jump through some hurdles but got it done. He got the tank in and cleaned. Facility is immaculant. Most personnel are welcoming. Lot is "disarray." But some gravel and leveling all will be right. Overall great stop. Shop (maintenance) is great. Louis is receptive to any repairs you may need within their scope.
Edit: Things have improved, and are improving. They are doing work, and it is starting to make a difference. Most importantly, they've abandoned the idea you should off-road a tractor and trailer to and from clean yard 2. I'll leave the old review for now, but I've upgraded my personal rating from "pit of despair" to "watch and see". Old review: Lol, well not a high bar for a tank wash, we've all been to a lot of them and they're never the nicest. Still, this one earns a special place near the bottom.
