Comfortable atmosphere, and plenty of space to accommodate a group of customers with short notice. Our nail techs at Happy Nails were all very friendly and checked in with my group though every step of our pedicures + gel to make sure we were comfortable and everything looked good ❤️
Came to get a pedicure and left very unsatisfied. I communicated that i DID NOT want to cut my toenails any shorter than how i came in. Only file and shape square. She cut them anyways and very short. I communicated i wanted Gel and cateye as well. She did not inform me of the upcharge for cateye. Most places include cateye in the gel upcharge. I wouldve wanted to know beforehand what im being charged extra for and not be surprised at the end. Overall the service was nice. Everyone was friendly and the place was clean. But i wont be coming back to pay $70 for my toes to not look the way I requested.
Had a not-so-good experience a couple of weeks ago with a subpar manicure here. However, when I decided to call them and sent pictures they welcomed me back to have someone else redo my nails. Chi was outstanding and did a great job!
