Great local races. I usually enter in all 4. Please, please, please, change the race shirts. They are the worst designs ever. I look forward to receiving race shirts and wearing them, but these are terrible year after year and getting worse.

This place is awesome. I am writing my review a week late but I must say, since I left Columbus GA last week I meant to do it. First off, I went there because my hotel, 1 block away had a terable out dated gym. At 5:30 am I crossed the street and dropped in on what was the beginning of a workout. Not only did they welcomed me but everyone one there a total of about 20-25 participant treated me as though I belonged there. What a work out it was. There equipment is top notch. The staff are all pros. Best of all, no ego. Keep it up CSG. I am a big city guy. I wish our local gyms were like yours. I'll be sure to stop by the next time I go out to Columbus. Thank you

I've been to a lot of gyms during my travels, hands down this is the best one. It has everything you need and they make you feel like you're a member of the community instantly! The coaches take their time to correct form and really pay attention to giving you a personal experience. Alex and Ana are two of the best coaches I've worked with!
