I wanted to apply. But the reviews scare me. I refuse to drive all the way from Maryland to be told incorrect information.I don't see how professionals can be so crass and cruel to ppl looking for a place to call home.Racism or even someone having tendency is alarming.This is 2024 you mean to tell me ppl still think black don't belong in a crayon box.smh.These reviews alone keeps me from places like this and out of trouble. Such a shame .

Very nice apartments, and a great view of the river. The reason I gave it 2 stars is due to an issue when I requested a copy of camera footage due to a stolen package, and also some sketchy individuals showed up at my door one evening, I was told there was not a copy available. I took that to mean that there are dummy cameras all around the property to make it look as if they're recording the parking lots and walkways of residents living quarters. Also the assistant manager seems to be a nit-picker, about very small issues, but will not address other ongoing issues, such as finding out who destroyed the community room and fitness center over here, and keeping other...read full review

Misinformation, and not a lot of information given. I was told I didn't qualify due to starting a new job and not being on my new job for 90 days and told to reapply. I asked when could I reapply she stated once I receive my letter it will give me further info on what to do. I asked when will I recieve my letter she stated in a couple of days. I recieved my letter 3 months later stating I was denied. Mind you at this time now Im on my same job 90days later and still haven't been given any info on how to reapply it wasnt stated on letter.
