I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Dawson! I have lived in chronic pain For the last 3 1/2 years due to a spinal cord injury. I Finally decided to stop being stubborn and go to a “pain management” center Thinking it would be a complete waste of time. Dr. Dawson completely supported me trying to manage this pain as holistically as possible. He listened to me and gave me a lot of resources and came up with a plan of care. River City: Dr. Dawson and Dustin Brown are amazing (5 stars). The support staff is atrocious (1 star). Tried to call to collect for a co-pay from two years ago, can't find equipment for surgery in nearly a year, and don't return phone calls. Too bad such great doctors have such terrible staff.
