I was being billed every month.
I wasn’t told I was on a payment plan. I just wanted 1 x service.
I called today only to get hung up on bc I wanted to cancel.
I called 4x times and the rep I think her name was Denise, Who hung up on me.
Don’t worry .. it will be disputed on my cc.
Jared was so friendly, and made sure I understood the plan in place when he called the night prior. He arrived on time and was quiet (which was nice as my toddler was still asleep at the time). He also made sure I knew that I could contact him whenever there became an issue with the insects.
Tyler arrived right on time and explained the simple process. Within hours, we began to notice a reduction in the number of mosquitoes around our patio. It's possible that it was psychological, but they didn't seem too bad that evening. We are looking forward to seeing the results as time goes by. This seems like a legitimate process!
