My mother went to her appointment with okaroba. She has rash. She also has lost her appetite which he wrote her prescriptions for. Go to the pharmacy to pick them up they were not there. Pharmacy said denied and all he had to do was send a appeal. Spoke with his staff and it still hasn't been taken care of. My brother spoke with okaroba he assured that it would be taken care of. Still does not have her medicine. It's a shame that somebody goes to medical school to provide medical care for people but there isn't a school to make someone care for thy fellow humans. If there was such a school this okaroba would need to stay after school just to get caught up as far behind he is in caring for a person

He is my mothers dr he use to be a good dr but now he has got to be sorry as hell and his staff is too they dont do their job neither. So if i was you and thinking about using him you need to pay these 1 star reveiws attention. I will not be taking my mother back to this sorry dr because apparently i cant put any faith in him or his staff any longer.

I love the whole team and they love me back even on my veteran grouchy days!! Are they perfect…No…but they’re perfectly perfect for me!! REAL. I’ve worked on the clinical/administrative side of medicine military/private for 25 years and Dr. O (hands down) is one of the best! The knowledge/care/attention that you receive (in my opinion) from him is worth waiting for.

I went to this place and ended up not staying.. The whole set up is ghetto!! And unprofessional.. The young black girl behind the desk was outside smoking a black.. I left my drivers license and they didn’t even attempt to reach out.. I called a few days later after I realized it was missing.. And asked why they didn’t notify me.. And they said because they didn’t have my information.. mind you they had everything needed to make the appointment and my insurance info.. plus they had my email address.. because they requested I email my insurance information.. They are the most pettiest and ghetto place I have been to..

This is a great primary care provider!!! They really care about your health and take the time to find out what you and your body needs. The wait can be a little long but it’s worth it to get the quality work done right from your doctor, and actually helps you with what’s actually going on. The nurses and staff are amazing and really care about all their patients. I’ve been going here for two years. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve been coming here for about 4-5 year now. The Dr. Is great, staff is nice.However the wait time is absolutely ridiculous and they don’t seem to care. If your appointment is 12 pm don’t expect to actually be seen till 3 pm. Would really love to give a higher rating as I really like the Dr but I can’t seeing as how they have no respect for your time whatsoever.

Absolutely the worst doctor I’ve ever been to. Let’s start with saying that the wait is three hours. He does not care what you have to say. He makes it very clear that he has better things to do than listen to your concerns. He will ask a question and then interrupt you mid-sentence to gaslight you and tell you that your problems aren’t actually problems. Other than that he seems nice.
