The atmosphere is nice, but the sales tactics are sneaky. I went in with a friend. We both asked for a manicure and pedicure with gel polish. We sit down to get pedicures. My tech asked me if I wanted a manicure, which I understood to be confirming what I already asked for. He put gloves and heat pads on my hand. My friend did not get that. We thought her tech just forgot, again because we asked for the same thing. When we check out my bill is $120 and hers is $100; this is before tipping. Nice atmosphere. Prices are high! You receive great services thoug. In addition, wine is offered after 5pm. However, to pay 105.00 for a mani & pedicure & your toes are half painted sucks! 3rd time and the same thing happens. Loving it until you get home and see how poorly the tech painted my toes.
