Nancy Nails & Spa is a beautiful and clean nail spa with a relaxing environment. The staff is professional, accommodating, and diverse. Customers love the gel manicure and pedicure services, with fun nail designs that last weeks without issues. Affordable prices make it a great spot to visit with friends. Columbus finally has a top-notch nail spa to keep clients coming back.
On my 3rd visit, I watched (maybe the owner, older Asian woman, tall) accuse a worker of something. The exchange was unprofessional as it was in front of several customers, & a few other workers. The older woman stood over the worker, & after the worker spoke up for herself, she had to keep repeating herself. She was frustrated but she maintained her composure very well. Kinda rubbed me the wrong way. Kinda like a mom scolding her child.
Service is typically well. My services always come out like I want and the atmosphere is usually pleasant enough.

Excellent service! I was attended to very quickly and was able to explain what I wanted and Ms. Nancy and her staff were able to execute it perfectly! They always have coupons in the mail and I decided to try them out for the first time and I am very satisfied with the job they did.
