My son and I had a great experience, because of Tina. She had to deliver some news on pricing that I was not informed about by a previous worker when I previously called. So I was destrougt bcc I really was planning on having to pay anything bcc everything I thought was covered so I became emotional and Tina encouraged me and was so kind and she really went above and beyond her job description she did not have to care the way she did. Great job Tina and thank you!
