We were desperately in need of a reliable plumber last week due to a dead hot water heater. Lovelace promptly scheduled us at their earliest appointment then called us the very next day to offer a cancellation opening! In contrast, other plumbers wouldn’t return calls or vaguely offer appointments. Great service!
