First impression is EVERYTHING! I decided to shop around for a new hair salon since my old stylist is no longer working. I came across this fine establishment with such great reviews. I decided to call to schedule an appointment for Saturday and I have been given the run a round! I have been calling since early this morning. Finally after 12pm I was able to get someone on the phone who happens to be the salon's owner. She advised for me to call back within an hour to speak to two of her other stylists whom usually work on Saturdays to make an appointment. I called back and I spoke to Roni: very unprofessional.
