I honestly checked the above with 5 stars because Kim performs with excellence in all the related skills. However, what impressed me most about Kim was her honesty. Kim helped us procure our dream cabin in GA, a place we love. But there were two earlier opportunities prior that we were willing to pull the trigger on, and Kim - through her due diligence - found potential/future problems that would have soured our love for the property. Both times, we were crestfallen but also glad we did not fall into a pitfall of regret. I personally believe this is the highest quality that a real estate professional can posses: honesty!
