Jeff and his crew did a shower remodel for us. For the most part, his core crew was professional and arrived on time. Jeff opted to use a third party glass door installer from the Atlanta area who often failed to show up in time and in some cases no show entirely. We have had countless problems with glass door since installation. Jeff was initially responsive in getting the door fixed as it continued to sink out of the cheap hardware and chip at the underlying tile step. He did bring in a local glass contractor that did his best to work with the cheap hardware. The gentlemen from Kennedy Kitchens and Bath were awesome. They were sent from my home warranty company for my hot water heater. They came and checked it out, pinpointed a few issues that may have been causing the problem. They took the time to explain everything they did. The previous company did not fix my issue but Kennedy did! I would definitely use these guys and recommend them!
