I will have to say that our experience with Keller Williams Realty and in particular Tom Maldonado was exceptional. This was not our first rodeo and what we really appreciated was that, on our initial contact, Tom listen to what our parameters and goals were for the new house. That being said, it was evident that Tom truly understood the Columbus market. For example, some of the houses we did look at in our preferred neighborhoods were, let's say, optimistically priced. Tom worked with us on the comps to ensure that we would not overpay for any of the listings we had an interest in fostering a transparent and trusting relationship.
