This place never did the work, and declared bankruptcy. Therefore we all are still on the hook for paying the bank and we cannot sue to get our money! NEVER do any business with this company. SCAM!

Right now lead times are really bad because of the termoil in this country, but they did try to get things done as quickly as possible. A little understanding is a must today for contractors as long as they communicate with the customer along the way. the job that i just had done was more timely than expected, and the job was well done and very satisfactory. The company has increased their communications with the customer in a couple of different ways, and that is helping me give a better review than i don't normally give. If you can deal with delays in materials, they do get things done eventually.

I have been waiting since January. I asked for the manager to call me twice and the manager never called me back. Today I asked for the owner to call me and I still have not heard back. They are telling me they have a supply chain issue. They told me today they do not have any of the supplies yet for the 3 showers but 2 months ago they said they were waiting for the shower pans to come in. So who do you believe when they tell you 2 different stories?
