I rarely leave reviews and I rarely receive service that is worthy of praise. That was not the Case with Storm pros. I requested a quote on a Sunday evening online and 1st thing Monday morning I had a call from Mr Randy Greathouse to talk over what I was needing as far as repair, Randy was at my house within a few hours and was very diligent in his inspection of my roof. I received a detailed estimate that included materials list and brands of material used so that I could do my own research on the product I was getting. I worked with Scott from Storm Pros and was really delighted to have chosen him. While he wasn't the cheapest of the many vendors we reviewed, he was the most professional and easy to work with. Scott was great with communication and timely with his responses. With a million other things for me to do, I'm glad I was able to trust Scott and his team with replacing my roof on a technically challenging and steep roof that several other roofers had declined to work on and with a very quick turnaround too!
