I’ve purchased a stereo and back up camera for one car, and a back up camera for a 2nd car from Jimmy’s Car Stereo within the last 2 years. 5+ star experience, sales and service wise. Chancey was patient with my questions and gave me options to consider. I never felt rushed or pressured. They gave a competitive price both times, and provided clear instructions for scheduling, drop off, and time to complete the work. After the fact, great support with some follow up questions on the more technical aspects of the back up camera set ups.
Today, I was having an issue with one of the cameras. I did as instructed, and was there when they opened. They found and addressed the problem, and I was out the door in under an hour. That prompted me to make this review, and share my experience. Highly recommend!

Honest about pricing and what will and will not work. Great work, explained everything in detail. Radio looks awesome!!! Jonatan sat in the car and explained every button and even informed me about the app. (Excellent customer service)

My experience was 10/10 I dropped my car off at 9am and it was done by 1pm I got my blown door speakers replaced and a new Kenwood radio put in and the installation is perfect I had no idea he was gonna replace my door speakers with alpines and they are so clear and the bass is so full Mr Chancey was nothing but professional and even took the time to show me how to use the radio and he explained what the speakers were he put in I 10/10 recommend this place I don’t trust many people to work on my baby but they took care of her

Fantastic job! They replaced my head unit and walked through all of its features with me and traced the entire system and found a serious issue with my subs and fixed it with high quality pieces. My system sounds great again!

Went in on Monday and had a nice system installed ,the associate was very helpful and knowledgeable I believe His shirt said Corey ,I needed To shout him out because my husband loved the surprise and thank you for all the help because I know Nothing about speakers and stereos.Hubby said I picked Out the best .. I owe It all to Jimmy’s Car Stereo!! I won Christmas!!!
