The gentleman helping me was very polite informative, my Uconnect went out they upgrade me to something better installed it in minimal time radio gps everything in the car works great, can't ask for anything more.

I’ve purchased a stereo and back up camera for one car, and a back up camera for a 2nd car from Jimmy’s Car Stereo within the last 2 years.
5+ star experience, sales and service wise. Chancey was patient with my questions and gave me options to consider. I never felt rushed or pressured. They gave a competitive price both times, and provided clear instructions for scheduling, drop off, and time to complete the work. After the fact, great support with some follow up questions on the more technical aspects of the back up camera set ups.

Honest about pricing and what will and will not work. Great work, explained everything in detail. Radio looks awesome!!! Jonatan sat in the car and explained every button and even informed me about the app. (Excellent customer service)
