From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. The young lady at the counter is warm and welcoming. After 15 minutes I felt like I knew everyone in there for years. My son and I wanted to get some work done. It was his first one, I just wanted another one to tribute my kids. Donnie ( the owner) is amazing. He worked with my son to make sure he got what he wanted, and not putting a regretful tattoo on himself. Not only is Donnie efficient, he is also super friendly, funny, and full of historical facts about the city. It was a great place, very clean, very professional. Don did a wonderful job on my tattoo. Only problem I had was the rude lady at the counter. Don't know what her problem was but she needs to fix it. I'll come there for Don and gladly pay my money but don't be rude.
