I just left the clinic for the first time and it was easily the fastest I’ve ever been in & out of an urgent care. Each of the 4 people I came in contact with (from the front desk, to the xray tech & doctor) were extremely helpful and kind. I also walked in on crutches and walked out without - Dr. swears he didn’t do anything by the was able to get my stuck at 90 degree knee to pop back straight.

Very little wait time here normally. In my case I had fallen the previous day and had a swollen foot and hurting shoulder. Because of insurance regulations they can only examine one area and I was instructed to choose which hurt the worst. Had my foot x-rayed and a PA examined me, read the x-ray best he could. They made appointments with orthopedic specialists for the following week. I would suggest Hughston Urgent Ortho if you are fairly certain you have one orthopedic injury. If you have multiple injuries I suggest an Emergency room. My result has been rotator cuff surgery and a future foot surgery when physically able. Meeting Dr. Pahl back in 2010, when he helped me with my first back surgery. He was patient and understanding when talking to me about all my concerns regarding surgery/recovery. By the way, surgery went great! Having to have follow up surgery traveled back from Japan, the office was great with arrangements to fit on the schudle. Dr. Pahl's and his office are professionals and have always have been over the many many years that they have been helping me. Now getting ready for my 8th surgery, there isn't anyone else that I would want or let operate on my back if I still have a choice. Thank you for ALWAYS telling me like it is! No sugar coating.
