Wish I could give more stars! My husband was diagnosed with vertigo and decided to cut his hair after 3 long years. I walked in, got him checked in, and let the Stylist know what he had going on. I do not remember her name but she was absolutely amazing, wonderful queen! She was gentle, fast and efficient! When my husband need a minute to breathe, she gave him space. And can I also add she literally killed my husband's haircut. He looks so handsome, best haircut he has had in a long time. We both love his hair. Thank you so much for your service and we will be back.
Karen is a rockstar. She took my terribly long unmanaged hair. Looked at the picture I showed that I wanted and bam worked her magic. Total asset to the Great clips team thanks again Karen.
I am not gonna mess up anyone's rating by giving them anything less than 5 stars! But my experience was NOT 5 stars! The hair stylist was not pleasant at all, it felt like I was a burden or maybe she doesn't like my kind of people!
I am only writing this is because there is probably a small buisness owner behind this franchise who needs to know how they can improve and grow thier buisness!
I paid and left a tip.. its probably a bad day for her! but regardless when you in the service industry a major part of your job is being courteous!
