I experienced amazing customer service at Eyewear Unlimited. I have been patronizing this establishment for over 10 years. The doctor and the staff are personable and compassionate. Additionally, my appointment was conducted on time and I didn’t have to sit and wait. Moreover, the staff didn’t hassle me about purchasing unnecessary new glasses. Furthermore, Eyewear Unlimited is a local business to the Columbus, GA community.

This is the only place we will go for our contacts and glasses. My son got contacts for the first time and they were SO patient with him during his training and we did not feel rushed one bit. If I could use three words to describe this place (especially the lady with the straight dark blonde hair) I would say patient, understanding, and compassionate!

In my experience, this is the best place to get glasses in Columbus. This business has great prices for those who are uninsured and has lots of options for the entire family. During every visit, Dr. Heath and his team are always so friendly. They even helped me out by getting my glasses made same day. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone needing glasses.
