Wanted to love this place but it is just not for us. Our baby is an Aussiedoodle and this was her first grooming experience. I have given two stars because my baby appeared to be happy and comfortable being their however the services did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately the groomer suffered an unexpected loss which resulted in a 9 hr session and no communication until my anxiety got the best of me and I called after 5 hrs as closing time came near, she was the last client. Her cut unfortunately does not reflect what the other reviews compliment as she is uneven in some areas in addition to the hair in her ears not addressed but rather being lightly shaven down... read full review

Took my Chihuahua Pepper in for a bath and nail trim and they did a fantastic job. Pepper is very tiny and shy and they were gentle and caring with her. She really enjoyed her day and her coat looked and smelled great after her bath!

I’ve taken my dog here 3 times, and they did a decent job trimming his nails (he has anxiety and isn’t the easiest to work with). However, we called ahead today for a walk in (we live 45 minutes away) and were told it was not an issue to bring him in. When we arrived we were told that he was no longer welcome there and that we would have to go somewhere else due to his anxiety. I feel that this matter could have been easily resolved over the phone and not caused us to waste time to bring him in that could have been spent taking him to a different business. I recommend if your dog has any anxiety to take them elsewhere.
