Fast, nice and efficient. The technician came after normal hours while it was storming and figured out my unit needed a new motor and capacitor. He went back to their shop and fixed those items and came back in the middle of a tornado warning and installed the replacement parts. Best service.
We have to give another 5 stars. We had all of units replaced by another company when we moved to Columbus. CCHAC treat the units like they installed them. 2 out of the 3 units had the exact same issue on the same day (very unsual). The company came out the next day. The service repair tech identified the problem and dealt with carrier (the ac brand) and determined both were covered by warranty. Parts came in 2 days later and they came out the same day the parts arrived and fixed the units before the long holiday weekend. Every part of the problem was handled exceptionally! Very impressive. Every tech was so awesome and nice to our dogs too! Maureen. & Matt
This might be our 2nd review. We switched in last year to CCHA and always impressed with service. Called at 11 because we had a problem. By 2 pm the tech came and resolved problem. It’ll he had the part and fixed! Another great job.
